Apprenticeship: Design & Make II with Kelly Parker

In this class,  you will use the skills you have acquired in your core classes and the Apprenticeship: Design & Make I class to continue the execution of your own design started and modeled in Apprenticeship: Design & Make I.

You will work closely with Kelly Parker, the instructor, before the start of class to refine your idea.  We encourage you to challenge yourself for this project!

The outcome of the class will be different for each person.  Perhaps you want to learn a new technique to incorporate into your project.  Or perhaps you wish to complete a full-sized mockup and the jigs required to fabricate a more complex project.  Because each project will be different, there will be learning opportunities beyond your individual project.  You will learn by seeing how your fellow students approach the problem-solving process for their projects.

This class is intended to be taken after the Apprenticeship: Design to Fabrication I class.
