Cabinet Making is a project-based course that builds fundamental furniture making skills. It is ideal for extending woodworking knowledge established in earlier courses. Some prior experience and introductory courses required.III
With a focus on case construction, you will learn and practice: face frame, shelf, drawer and door construction, joinery, hardware selection
and installation, and spray finishing.
You can either design your own cabinet or work with a pre-designed piece. You can decide to include a door, drawer, or both. You’ll hone skills in

Materials Needed: Your material fee includes your choice of the following lumber: Poplar, Maple, Sapele
Additional lumber is available for purchase and may include: Nogal, Sapele, Cherry, Purple Heart, Wenge, Eucalyptus, Ambrosia Maple
