Bowl Turning

May 7 - May 11 | 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

This class will introduce students to the proper use of tool for bowl and vessel turning. Students will learn a variety of cuts necessary to create bowls in faceplate turning. The enfaces will be on dry wood turning and sharpening. Designs strategies will be taught, as well as a variety of surface design techniques, such as carving, pyrography, and painting. Come learn to make a bowl in a safe supportive atmosphere.
