Weekend – Router Table Tips, Tricks and Techniques

June 2 - June 2 | 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

This weekend class is perfect for beginners or for intermediates who want to hone their router skills. A wood router is a very versatile power tool for applying basic edge profiles, making joints and dados on a piece of stock. However, a router can do a lot more than that and with some practice, the router can be used to perform a wide variety of woodworking tasks that might otherwise be done by hand.

Level:
Open to All

In this hands-on class, you will learn how to:

– select a router

– select and fine tune a router table and fence system

– select and install bits

– select speeds, depth and bit placement

– how to route edge profiles, dados, mortises
