Woodturning is a great hobby and it has a short learning curve, the skills last a lifetime, and you get to make wood chips fly! In this second class in the turning program you will acquire the skills and techniques required to turn unique gallery-quality platters.

Adding Detail & Finess to your Work

This class is will teach you how to advance your turning skills  in a safe, encouraging environment.   Each student has their own Jet Midi Lathe and there is plenty of hands on time while you work on a wide range of projects.

  • Learning a variety of options for bases, including multi-axis, three-footed, and traditional
